Just like you, I’m a mum juggling the crazy demands of motherhood plus work and finding time for my health and fitness.

Aahh the modern woman!

Before diving into the fitness industry, I was a lawyer and then took a wild turn into Muay Thai fighting. This total health transformation journey from weak unfit corporate desk jockey to elite athlete taught me a lot about resilience and finding balance.

Finding balance is hard as a mum, and times of unbalance are needed when you want to make a change. That's ok.

Do I need equipment?

Workouts are programmed for you and for what you have available whether that is gym, home gym, basic home equipment or bodyweight.

What's the weekly time commitment?

Our Family Flexi Nutrition protocol has 2 main pillars:

Pillar 1 - follow an 80:20 flexible dieting format which looks firstly at the meals we eat alone and how we can optimise these to suit our goals. We use a flexible formula for family dinners and leverage AI to give you options that you love. You don't follow a set plan we aim to improve and make small adjustments to what you are currently doing which means you are actually able to stick to it.

Pillar 2 - we implement a moderate calorie deficit with a daily protein target to support weight loss and building/ maintaining lean muscle. Most women comfortably lose 0.5-1kg per week with this approach.

I will get you to log your food initially so we have data to make the best changes. Data means you are not 'wishing and hoping' for results - we know what we need to do to get them. Women who commit to this get better results.

Everyone is different but the vast majority of mums start seeing physical results in the first 1-2 weeks and often report feeling better and more energised within days.

We all want results yesterday, it's a fact! The program is structured in a way to give you results that last so know that even if your results are not coming as fast as you would like you are setting yourself up for a long-term sustainable transformation.

We aim for minimum 3x20-30 minute strength based workouts per week plus incidental exercise. They are designed to be effective and efficient, so you can get the most out of your time.

We also implement a PLAN B strategy for when times are super busy. This looks like 10 minute workouts plus some goals around moving more each day.

There is also a short 5-15 minute education video to watch each week. The time you take to watch and implement these tips will save you 10x the time and energy later.

As a MumSafeTM Trainer I am committed to bringing you the best training and education available to mums. I understand that to get the most out of our mum-bod we need to alter our training, and also support our bodies to feel strong not just now but into old age! I work closely with pelvic health physios and if you like I can recommend a physio in my network (Australia-based) to ensure you have more holistic support.

Even when we focus on weight loss we don't use exercise as a tool to burn more calories. We use our workouts to help us have more energy, move well, feel good, build strength and lean muscle.

We steer clear of high intensity training. For mums with young kids it is just another added stress which is actually counterproductive to weight loss. We manage our stressors rather than adding to them.

We have a flexible training protocol with Plan A (best case scenario) and Plan B (when life gets in the way). It helps you stay consistent plus builds a mindset for taking action, even when it looks messy.

Is the program flexible?

Yes! It is very mum-friendly. Your workouts are loaded into your training app and you can do them on your own schedule. You can move around training days.

We have a Plan A and Plan B protocol which means that you can stay consistent when life gets in the way (which it will!)

You have ongoing support so we can adjust your program if we need.

What if I want more personalised support?

You can join my VIP 1:1 program for $2,500 which has additional weekly zoom coaching calls.

This is for women who are serious about investing in themselves for the longterm and leveraging my expertise to the fullest. We will move things FAST and you will learn a lot.

What if I have specific health issues like ab separation or pelvic floor problems?

Please raise this both in your pre-exercise screening and with me directly so I can program your workouts accordingly and provide the right support. As a MumSafe™ Trainer I can help you exercise safely and effectively.

You can get assessed by a pelvic health physio and I would be guided by their assessment and recommendations.

It may not be appropriate for you to have access to my general workout libraries we can chat on a case by case basis how this looks for you.

Do you have a guarantee?

I am incredibly confident that if you follow my system you will lose weight and feel stronger but I don't have a results guarantee as the work is on you.
